Where are your products made?
All our pies and raw product are freshly made using locally sourced British meat and traditional Pork Shop recipes.
Do you deliver?
We currently do not deliver.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes! You can select ‘Local Pickup’ at checkout and collect from our Poulton Shop at our Christmas Collection Event on 23rd December between 3pm & 6pm.
How should I store my products?
All our products are freshly baked and suitable for refrigeration. For longer storage, they can be frozen on the day of delivery.
How long do your products last?
Fresh products typically last 3 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians?
Most of our range is meat-based, but we occasionally feature vegetarian options. Check the product description for dietary details.
Do you offer wholesale or franchise opportunities?

How do I reheat your pies and hot sandwiches?
Reheat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until piping hot. We don’t recommend microwaving as it affects the pastry texture.We do not recommend that you reheat the pork pies due to food hygiene regulations.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes — digital gift cards are available for purchase on our website. Perfect for pork lovers!
